Project Objective :
Truelife.org is a website with two main goals. The first goal is to show high quality streaming video content that has been pre-recorded. The second main goal of the site is to act as a match making CRM between people and churches.
Challenges :
The first goal is to show high quality streaming video content that has been pre-recorded. These videos will be delivered via a playlist created on the go when the user fills out a questionnaire. The entire video library will also be viewable and searchable without filling out the questions. The second main goal of the site is to act as a match making CRM between people and churches. After a person gives their zip code (and other details) they will see a list of churches in the database that are nearby. The churches will have profiles with a map of their location and even sample mp3 sermons. If there are no churches nearby that are signed up with TrueLife.org their details will be saved so a volunteer can call a local church in their area and match them together. :
Our Solutions :
We have developed the site that deals with how to make a relationship between visitors and the church and also inspire the visitors by sermons and videos.
We have developed the following are the main components of the system -
A) Registration:- In this section the registration process will act on the basis of their roles(church, volunteer, admin)
B) File upload:- In this project two type of file can be uploaded. Video file and the mp3 file will be uploaded.
C) Preview(video, mp3):- At home page visitor can preview the recently posted video and mp3 sermons.
D) Payment:- The payment process is integrated with be through authorized.net with recurring billing options .
E) CMS(Content Management System):- This is an administrative task. By this Admin can manage content home page welcome text, about true life, terms of use,Events section, Package Options for churches, including package prices, News section, Support Page, featured news, featured article.
F) Volunteer tasks:- To invite the church to sign up and makes a relation to visitor's who do not found any church.
G) Administrative Tasks:- This is the control panel of whole site. Here super user controls whole site including CMS.
H) Locator:- This is for locate church where it is situated. (integrate the Google map API for that).
I) Church Tasks:- Church profile create, update and upload limited sermons and video depend upon his subscription option.
J) Events:- The church will upload or post new events and showing the events by calendar date.
K) News/Blog:- Reverse Cron Posts with RSS Feeds and Categories with video.
L) Search:- Search the article, events, vedio, news.
M) Match Maker:- To match an unmatched visitor to his/her nearest church . List of visitors that make a relation of a church.
